Provides technical support for projects involving microprocessor, micro-controller, digital, and analog circuit design, in the development of patient monitoring products. Work content includes component and sub-system level testing, proto-typing and design work, simulation and component selection. Responsibilities Provide technical support for projects involving microprocessor, micro-controller, digital, and analog circuit design, in the development of Spacelabs products. Perform component and sub-system level design, proto-typing and testing work. Develop solutions by assisting with simulation and component selection. Test and debug systems by evaluating and validating programs/systems and specifications for new and existing Spacelabs products. Act as domain expert for projects, assisting PM's with the preparation of time and cost estimates. Regularly report individual and functional group project status to Project and functional manager. Proactively provide communication, both written and verbal. Create technical and maintenance documentation as needed. Ensure all QMS and regulatory requirements are met for assigned projects. Interface with departmental staff in all of Research & Development to facilitate the completion of project tasks by providing technical support to in-house personnel. Lead and mentor junior engineers in design and following process. Uphold the Company's core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork. Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business. Qualifications Bachelor's degree (EE), MS in Engineering (EE) preferred. 15
years' experience in high tech product development Demonstrated skills in Intel x86/Pentium-M based embedded platform development, and/or ARM-core based PDA, high performance computing platforms, microprocessor based instrumentation, and digital and analog electronic design. Demonstrated skills in analog and digital electronic design, familiar with EDA tools and methodologies. Experience with physiological sensor technology desirable. Experience planning and conducting rigorous design of experiments and tests to validate designs, including use of simulation tools and methods to optimize and verify designs. Requires experience in computer simulation and high reliability robust electronic designs. Experience with design of high-density multi-layer PC boards, ASICs, and FPGA. Experience completing technical documentation for engineering and manufacturing. Knowledge of FDA and medical device regulatory and registration requirements. Experience with completing technical documentation for engineering and manufacturing; medical device records experience highly preferred. Has a track record of encouraging innovation and out-of-box thinking. Ability to manage multiple, complex priorities within demanding timeframes. Strong project management skills. Highly developed relationship-building skills, and strong presentation and communication skills. Experience working positively and productively in a team environment. Highly collaborative. Advanced Microsoft Office user - Powerpoint, Excel, and Word. Experienced with Microsoft Project software. Extensive use of computer. Must be able to complete job responsibilities working with global time zone needs such as attending late night/early morning meetings by phone and/or web to meet global business needs. Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
