Are you an experienced dealer in the game of Baccarat? If so, you'll receive $1000 sign-on bonus.
Average annual salary with tokes:
$62,000 - $70,000 Dealer I - Basic Dealer, Blackjack Only - $30.

(Average wage including tokes) Dealer II - Baccarat or Roulette - $32.
94/hr.
(Average wage including tokes) Dealer III - Baccarat & Roulette, or Craps or Dual Rate - $33.
75/hr.
(Average wage including tokes) Dealer IV - All Games Dual Rate - $35.

(Average wage including tokes) Full-time and Part-time positions available All shifts available PURPOSE To deal assigned Table Game(s) in accordance with Snoqualmie Casino's Policies and Procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES Provide accurate and efficient dealing skills at assigned Table Games.
Adhere to all company and departmental policies and procedures.
Enthusiastically support, actively promote and demonstrate superior customer service in accordance with departmental and casino standards and programs.
Maintain game integrity, protect casino assets, and assist guests in understanding the rules.
Utilize the chain of command to report information that may affect company goals.
Supervise games when assigned.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Bonus Details:
$1000 signing bonus paid out in two installments.
The release of the bonus will occur as listed below:
1st installment of the bonus ($500) will be paid after the successful completion of 60 days of employment in the position you were hired for at Snoqualmie Casino.
2nd installment of the bonus ($500) will be paid after the successful completion of six (6) months of employment in the position you were hired for at Snoqualmie Casino.
Only applicable on applications submitted after 6/8/2023.
Internal candidates are excluded from the bonus.
Bonus amounts for part-time and casual team members will be pro-rated based on average hours worked compared to full-time hours during the installment period.
Should a team member transfer out of the position for which they were hired within the installment period, the team member will not receive the bonus payment.
Rehired candidates are eligible to receive the bonus if they have been separated from the casino for greater than six (6) months from their rehire date.
Requirements:
Skills and Abilities:
Ability to showcase dealer skills through an audition at a live casino table.
Proven proficiency in math.
Must have the ability to accurately perform mathematical functions applicable to business needs.
Must be willing and able to work weekends, holidays, and any assigned shifts.
Must possess the ability to differentiate Cheque colors and appropriate values.
Must possess the necessary dexterity skills to deal a variety of Table Games.
PREFERRED Education and
Experience:
High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD).
Previously worked as a Table Games Dealer or successful completion of a Dealer School.
Snoqualmie Casino Career Development Track Series completion.
Snoqualmie Casino exercises Snoqualmie Tribal Member/Native American preference in hiring, in compliance with the Snoqualmie Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO).
You must obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission.
Pre-employment drug testing is required for all positions.
The use of marijuana will not disqualify an applicant for positions in any department other than Transportation (Valet, Driver I).
DOT panel testing is required for the Driver position.
