Our friendly and professional team members are responsible for answering incoming calls and greeting visitors as they enter the office.
Front Desk Agents must be able to handle different situations effectively and efficiently and must also be competent in performing administrative tasks.
This position is a great opportunity for you to interact with customers face-to-face, learn what makes them tick, and be an influential part of the company.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers over the phone and in person.
Arrange hotel reservations, monitor computers, and take payments.
Know all hotel policies and procedures.
Answer questions about tourist attractions in the area and tourist activities.
Conduct daily room inspections.
