We are searching for an organized, detailed oriented, energetic, friendly, engaging and self directed Front Desk Receptionist that has strong computer skills.
Orthodontic or Dental experience is highly encouraged and preferred but not necessary.
The job position will consist of the following
Responsibilities:
answering phone calls, answering questions, greeting patients, scheduling/re-scheduling, organizing information, document scanning, insurance verification, processing payments and coordination of all information entering and exiting the office.
Strong computer skills and proficiency in multi-tasking are necessary to be successful in this role.
The position is 4 days a week and 9 hours a day.
Compensation includes $23-28/hourly with benefits.
Hourly wage is partly determined by experience and trainability.
We prefer long term employees so team member satisfaction is important to us.
We hope to find similar outgoing, upbeat and optimistic team members.
We are willing to train someone with no experience if personality and work ethic is the right fit and the person has strong computer/technology skills.
