Adelphi is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavior therapy services for students within schools in Washington.
The ideal candidates will be responsible for supervising a team of certified behavior technicians that will be working directly with the students in various schools.

Responsibilities:
oApply established principles of learning, behavior strategies, and environmental modifications to enhance and teach new behaviorsoProvide supervision for Certified Behavior Technicians throughout schoolsoCollaborate with schools to determine appropriate levels of CBT support and develop intervention frameworksoOversee the gathering of information to generate hypotheses about the functions of specific behaviorsoDevelop an emergency response plan detailing roles and actions for managing students' destructive behavioroAssist and train teachers in all aspects of BIPs/ERPsoAttend team meetings upon request from administration, teachers, or stakeholdersoFoster collaboration and provide support to special education teachersoProvide daily on-site BCBA supervision for assigned schools and studentsoIdentify, track, and collect data on specific targets for each student, inputting metrics/data using the SVSD web-based data tracking platformoPerform other duties as assigned Recommended Skills Administration Medical Emergency Metrics Stakeholder Management Strategic Thinking Enterprise Resource Planning Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
