Treatment Coordinator

Busy orthodontic practice is looking for a motivated, outgoing, someone that likes hands on treatment, enjoys working with teens/pre-teens and friendly Treatment Coordinator to join our team! Must be able to work in a fast paced office and always maintain a great attitude and superior customer service.
Job DescriptionAs Treatment Coordinator you will gather information from the patient and coordinate a treatment plan with the doctor.
Your duties will include explaining treatment options, related costs and when applicable, negotiating financial arrangements with the patient or responsible party.
You will enjoy working with children, in a fast paced dental office environment, and therefore must have an excellent work ethic, have compassion towards others, and have an outgoing personality, while maintaining a positive attitude.
As a Treatment Coordinator you will be committed and engaged team player serving others.
Use Multiple computer programs to manage data and treatment plan task related to patient information Determine dental benefit eligibility and payment estimates necessary to facilitate financial arrangements, when applicable Handle all treatment paperwork including consent forms, insurance forms and exit paperwork Communication clearly and openly with patients about their treatment options and related costs and be prepared to handle objections to proposed treatment Maintain clean and organized workspaces to ensure safety for everyone Ability to travel between Snoqualmie and North Bend RequirementsSKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
No experience is required but the ideal candidate will have some relevant experience, including but not limited to the following:
Medical front desk experience, preferably in a dental environment Medical / dental insurance verification experience, preferably 1 year Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast paced office environment Excellent oral communication and strong interpersonal skills Commitment to being punctual and report to work on time Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality Compensation ranging from $28-$33 per hour DOE#indeed1Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Recommended Skills Attention To Detail Communication Confidentiality Dental Insurance Finance Patient Information Leaflet Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
