$1000 signing bonus paid out in two installments.
The release of the bonus will occur as listed below:
1st installment of the bonus ($500) will be paid after the successful completion of 60 days of employment in the position you were hired for at Snoqualmie Casino.
2nd installment of the bonus ($500) will be paid after the successful completion of six (6) months of employment in the position you were hired for at Snoqualmie Casino.
Only applicable on applications submitted after 06/22/2023.
Internal candidates are excluded from the bonus.
Bonus amounts for part-time and casual team members will be pro-rated based on average hours worked compared to full-time hours during the installment period.
Should a team member transfer out of the position for which they were hired within the installment period, the team member will not receive the bonus payment.
Rehired candidates are eligible to receive the bonus if they have been separated from the casino for greater than six (6) months from their rehire date.
PURPOSETo ensure our guest's experience in the restaurant is pleasant by greeting guests with a smile, seating guests in appropriate sections, performing money transactions on the POS register, and handling cash accurately.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESMaintaining and bussing tablesOperate POS register, handle cash accurately, complete daily register transactions and make deposit in an organized and accurate fashion.
Inform guests of special events and answer questions about Casino happenings.
Stock all cashier supplies and complete daily and weekly cleaning duties.
Keep Lead Cashier updated on any guest and team member challenges.
Will intermittently be asked to expedite food orders pending on business levels.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Education and
Experience:
High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD).
Six (6) months Restaurant and Cash Handling.
Skills and Abilities:
Cash handling proficiency.
Must work well in a team environment.
Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.
PREFERREDEducation and ExperienceSix (6) months cash handling.
Snoqualmie Casino Career Development Track Series completion.
Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of Agilysys POS System.
Snoqualmie Casino exercises Snoqualmie Tribal Member/Native American preference in hiring, in compliance with the Snoqualmie Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO).
You must obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission.
Pre-employment drug testing is required for all positions.
The use of marijuana will not disqualify an applicant for positions in any department other than Transportation (Valet, Driver I).
DOT panel testing is required for the Driver position.
