We are searching for an organized, detailed oriented, energetic, friendly, engaging and self directed Front Desk Receptionist/Insurance/Financial Coordinator that has strong computer skills.
Orthodontic or Dental experience is highly encouraged and preferred but not necessary.
Strong computer skills, organization and proficiency in multi-tasking are necessary to be successful in this role.
The position is 4 days a week and 9-10 hours a day.
Compensation includes $23-30/hourly with benefits.
Hourly wage is partly determined by experience and trainability.
We prefer long term employees so team member satisfaction is important to us.

Responsibilities:
Appointment Scheduling:
Greet and assist patients in person and over the phone.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments accurately.
Coordinate with orthodontists and dental assistants to ensure smooth scheduling.
Insurance Benefit Verification and Billing:
Verify insurance coverage and benefits for patients.
Accurately process insurance claims and handle billing inquiries.
Collaborate with insurance companies to resolve any billing discrepancies.
Accounts Receivable and Collections:
Monitor and manage accounts receivable.
Contact patients regarding outstanding balances and arrange payment plans.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
Patient Communication:
Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families.
Answer inquiries related to appointments, billing, and insurance.
Maintain clear and effective communication with patients throughout their treatment journey.
Administrative Support:
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed, including filing, data entry, and office organization.
Work closely with the orthodontic team to ensure a well-coordinated patient experience.
We are willing to train someone with no experience if personality and work ethic is the right fit and the person has strong computer/technology skills.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
